Bags provides tools for publishing and discussing portfolio information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market prices may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

Copying a bag creates an editable draft. Bags does not place, route, recommend, or simulate trades, and it never takes custody of assets.

You are responsible for information you publish and must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content. Public portfolios and profiles may be visible and indexed by search engines.

Never provide a seed phrase or private key. Wallet authentication only proves control of an account through Privy and does not authorize automatic transactions.

These starter terms are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review before a commercial launch.
